Global Heart Network
Global Heart Network is a non-profit foundation that matches donors with medical resources with those who need it. Earlier a few pages on the site had very high bounce rate. We redesigned those pages to decrease the bounce rate. Registered user engagement on the site was also low since the matching algorithm between donor and recipient was inadequate. We collected a few more data during registration process without decreasing the registration rate. With this newly available data, we could improve the matching algorithm, which improved the engagement on the site.

BACKGROUND & GOALS
Global Heart Network is a non-profit foundation that matches donors with medical resources with those who need it. They had an existing Drupal-based site but wanted to redesign a few pages, add more information to the user profile and improve the matching algorithm based on the newly added information.
SOLUTION
We worked on its Drupal-based site to redesign the pages that had high bounce rate. We also modified the registration process to add more fields without decreasing the rate of conversion. We improved the matching algorithm between donor and recipient.
RESULTS
Better design led to decrease in site's bounce rate. With improved matching algorithm, engagement in the site increased. With these enhanced features, Global Heart Network is looking to raise new round of funding.
